NCLT New Delhi bench reserves its order in a case between J.C. Flowers ARC and Bliss Villa (Delhi) Pvt Ltd.
Parties were represented by legal counsel during a hybrid hearing on 15 May 2026.
The tribunal granted liberty to file case synopses within two days of the order.
