The NCLT Hyderabad Bench heard a winding up petition (TP (IBC)/2/HYD/2024) under sections 433(e) and (f) of the Companies Act, 1956.
The petition was filed by Sri Balaji Associates against Madhucon Projects Ltd, and the matter has been reserved for orders.
Both parties are allowed to file written submissions within one week from the hearing date.
