NCLT Ahmedabad reserves orders on two interlocutory applications in the Accent Packaging Pvt Ltd liquidation process.
The applications were heard with the liquidator and applicant's counsel present following a previous order.
The proceedings are under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 initiated by SIDBI.
