NCLT Restores Narayanvihar Construction Name

NCLT Allahabad allows appeal to restore Narayanvihar Construction Private Limited's name to the register of companies after it was struck off.
The company was struck off for non-filing of a mandatory declaration under Section 10A of the Companies Act, 2013.
The tribunal imposes a total cost of ₹40,000 and directs the company to file all pending statutory documents within 45 days of restoration.
The Income Tax Department's objection was overruled as the company provided audited financials proving operational existence.
