NDR Auto Receives ₹3.07 Crore Tax Appellate Orders

NDR Auto Components received appellate orders from the Income Tax Department for AY 2021-22, 2023-24, and 2024-25 on April 27, 2026.
The total outstanding tax demand of ₹3.07 crores is expected to reduce to ₹24 lakhs after appeal effect order implementation.
The company will file an appeal with the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal against the remaining ₹24 lakh demand.
Appeal for AY 2022-23 remains pending before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).
