NDTV Gets Stay on ₹420.36 Crore Tax Demand

NDTV receives stay order from Income Tax department on outstanding demand of ₹420.36 crore for AY 2008–09.
Stay granted by Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle-5, New Delhi, effective until disposal of pending appeal.
Stay is subject to review and allows for adjustment of future company refunds against the demand.
