Nephroplus vs Noora Hospital NCLT Hearing Adjourned

NCLT Chandigarh adjourned a Section 9 IBC insolvency petition hearing between Nephrocare Health Services and Accrete Healthcare.
The petition was filed by Nephroplus brand operator Nephrocare against Noora Hospital brand operator Accrete Healthcare.
The hearing was rescheduled from 14.04.2026 to 06.07.2026 due to a public holiday for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's birth anniversary.
