Neptune Logitek CIN Changed Post BSE Listing

Neptune Logitek Limited has submitted a formal intimation to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) regarding a change in its Corporate Identification Number (CIN).

The change was effected by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Master Data) following the company's application. This update was necessitated by the listing of the company's equity shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, which occurred on 22nd December, 2025.

The company's CIN has been officially changed from 'U63090GJ2012PLC069268' to 'L63090GJ2012PLC069268'. The primary purpose of this change is to update the company's official records to reflect its new status as a listed entity, changing the listing status to "Yes".
