The company received the Environmental Clearance Certificate from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) dated 26 August 2026. The certificate was formally received by the company on 27 August 2026.
The clearance pertains to proposed projects in the Realty and Exhibition segments at Nesco Center, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. This is a one-time approval that enables the company to proceed with the process of seeking Certificate of Commencement (CC) for its proposed projects, subject to compliance with other CC conditions.
