Nestlé India informs shareholders of SEBI's special one-year window for dematerializing physical securities.
The window applies to shares sold/purchased before April 2019 or with previously rejected transfer requests.
Shareholders must submit original certificates and documents to the company for processing.
The notice is issued pursuant to SEBI circular HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
