Parties: Petitioner Netai Chandra Pramanick (former Job Assistant, Dendua Gram Panchayat) vs. State of West Bengal and others, including the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal and the Treasury Officer, Asansol‑I.
