New India Assurance received a favourable order from NFAC Delhi deleting an income tax penalty of ₹2,02,96,664 for AY 2019-20.
The order was passed under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and received on 31st March 2026.
The disclosure was made to BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
