The company received a letter from BSE Limited with reference number L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-2027/320 dated 31st August 2026, seeking clarification on the significant increase in trading volume of the company's security.

In its formal response, the company management stated that to the best of their knowledge, there is no undisclosed information, events, or announcements that have any bearing on the company's operations or performance. This includes all price-sensitive information that would require disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company affirmed its commitment to continue making appropriate disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations as and when any disclosable events occur in the future.

Management suggested that the increase in share volume may be attributable to multiple external factors beyond the company's control, including market sentiment, investor behavior, global economic conditions, and sectoral trends. The company explicitly stated that management is in no way connected with any such increase in trading volume.
