The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Friday, September 4, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Zarana & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the company. This appointment was made in accordance with the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
The term of appointment is for conducting Internal Audit for the financial year 2026-27, effective from the date of appointment, September 4, 2026.
