The NCLT Allahabad Bench adjourned the hearing for IA (PLAN) No.01/2026, which is the application for approval of the resolution plan for M/S NHA Infrabuild Private Limited. The adjournment was granted on the request of the proxy counsel for the Resolution Professional, who stated that the arguing counsel was unavailable. The tribunal noted that the matter had been substantially argued previously.
