NHIT Southern Projects Petition Withdrawn (Supreme Court)

The Supreme Court of India heard Special Leave Petitions filed by NHIT Southern Projects Private Ltd against Vinod Kumar Malik & Ors.
Petitioners sought relief, but their counsel filed an application to withdraw the petitions on 12 May 2026.
The Court, comprising Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta and Vijay Bishnoi, allowed the withdrawal and dismissed the petitions as withdrawn.
