NIIT Learning Systems Files Tax Rectification and Appeal

NIIT Learning Systems filed a rectification application and appeal against an income tax demand for AY 2023-24.
The demand resulted from computational errors in the faceless assessment order dated March 27, 2026.
Both the rectification under Section 154 and appeal to CIT(A) were filed on April 23, 2026.
