Nitco Limited has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The company received an order from the Pollution Control Committee, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The order directed the company to pay an Environmental Compensation of ₹14,25,000 (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand only) for alleged non-compliance with environmental standards. The payment was to be made payable at Silvassa and was due within seven days from the date of the order.
The order was received by the company on April 13, 2026.
