NMDC Energy PJSC Name Change, Appeal Withdrawn

Supreme Court permitted NMDC Energy PJSC to replace the incorrect name 'National Petroleum Construction Company' with its correct corporate title.
Court also granted NMDC Energy PJSC's request to withdraw its appeal, resulting in dismissal as withdrawn in matter before the Supreme Court.
The order was signed by Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M. Pancholi on May 20, 2026.
