NTPC Land Acquisition SLP Dismissed by Supreme Court

Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition challenging an Allahabad High Court order related to NTPC Ltd.
The petition was filed by Rabiyakhatoon & Anr against NTPC's Chairman and Managing Director and others.
The court declined to admit the SLP, upholding the High Court's December 2025 judgment.
All pending applications in the matter were disposed of as part of the dismissal order.
