Nucleus Software received an income tax demand order for ₹28.33 lakh for AY 2023-24 due to transfer pricing adjustments on intercompany transactions.
The company states the order has no material financial or operational impact and will file an appeal against it.
Penalty proceedings have also been initiated by the Assessing Officer alongside the tax demand.
