- Approved the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) as Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105047W/W101187).
- The appointment of Walker Chandiok is effective from July 13, 2026 until the conclusion of the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting.
- The Board has also recommended for member approval the appointment of Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 27th AGM until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM of the Company (to be held in 2031).
