  • The Director, Town and Country Planning, is directed to decide a complaint [Annexure P-11(A)] filed by the petitioner (Advance India Projects Limited) in accordance with law. The hearing is already fixed for July 20, 2026. If the application cannot be decided on that date, it must be heard on a day-to-day basis and decided within a further period of two weeks.

Oberoi Realty clarifies that this order does not impact any existing sales already concluded, which were previously disclosed to the stock exchanges via a letter dated July 5, 2026. The company further clarifies that there is no stay on the construction of the 'Three Sixty North' project, located at Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58, Gurugram.
