A consortium led by Oberoi Realty Ltd. files an application with NCLAT to condone an 85-day delay in refiling its appeal memo.
The appeal was originally e-filed on 10 April 2026, with defects notified on 16 April 2026, and finally refiled on 17 July 2026.
The delay is attributed to the complex nature of rectifying numerous procedural defects and preparing a voluminous appeal record.
The NCLAT Registrar has listed the case before the bench for admission, noting the defect for appropriate orders.
