July 7, 2026: Punjab and Haryana High Court passed an order in Writ Petition filed by Advance India Projects Limited against Director, Department of Town and Country Planning Haryana and others.
July 9, 2026: Company informed exchanges about High Court order which directed DTCP to decide representation and imposed temporary restrictions.
August 13, 2026: DTCP issued order after conducting hearings on the representation.
August 17, 2026: Company received DTCP order via email at 16:36 hours and filed update with exchanges.

Licence No. 69 of 2025 dated May 12, 2025 remains legally intact
Order dated June 17, 2025 approving change of developer in favor of Oberoi Realty Ltd. remains valid
Representation dated April 29, 2026 filed by AIPL seeking cancellation of Licence No. 69 of 2025, parent licences, and change of developer approval is rejected as without merit

Restrictions Lifted: The restriction imposed by Hon'ble High Court on further allotments and creation of third-party rights vide its July 7, 2026 order has ceased to be operative
Existing Sales: No impact on existing sales already concluded (as disclosed to stock exchanges on July 5, 2026)
Construction: No stay on construction activities
Business Operations: Company believes the order does not have any adverse material impact on business and operations
