Oil India SLP Restored After 278-Day Delay

Supreme Court heard Kailash Balmiki's petition to restore SLP against Oil India Ltd on 20 May 2026.
Petition faced a 278‑day delay in filing the restoration application, for which the court granted condonation.
The court allowed IA No.243517/2025 and IA No.243515/2025, disposing the miscellaneous application and restoring the SLP.
The restored SLP will be listed after four weeks as directed by the registrar.
