OK Play India Limited has filed a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, to inform of an approval received from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Haryana.
The company had applied to the ROC Haryana on 27th August 2026 (Application SRN: AC5581799) seeking an extension of time for holding its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The reason cited for the request was the unexpected resignation of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, which created a temporary vacancy and resulted in a delay in completing the necessary compliances and documentation for the AGM.
The ROC Haryana, vide its letter dated 2nd September 2026, has approved the application. The order, issued under the powers vested by Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, grants an extension of 3 months for holding the AGM. The new deadline for holding the 37th AGM is on or before 31st December 2026.
The ROC order advised the company to be careful in the future regarding compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The company states that the actual date of the 37th AGM will be announced in due course. This disclosure is a follow-up to the company's previous letter dated 27th August 2026.
