Ola Electric's Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh electric motorcycle has received PLI certification, confirming its eligibility for government incentives under the PLI-Auto Scheme.
The certification confirms the model meets the minimum Domestic Value Addition (DVA) requirements, making it the first in the Roadster portfolio to achieve this milestone.
The company also announced a significant price reduction for its 9.1 kWh model, lowering the price to ₹1,29,999 from ₹1,89,999, citing economies of scale and vertical integration.
