4. In case of default, an additional interest rate of 2% on the unpaid amount will apply.

5. Upon transfer, the authority shall ensure disbursement of the higher pension to the petitioner from October 2026 onward.

6. The petition (WPA 21813 of 2026) is disposed of; no order as to costs; urgent certified copy to be provided on usual undertaking.
