OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited has issued an addendum to the Notice of its 19th Annual General Meeting dated July 24, 2026. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 17:00 hours (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC).
The addendum provides additional information in the Statement pursuant to Section 102(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, specifically in respect of Item No. 6 & 7 of the AGM notice. These items relate to the approval of material related party transactions (RPTs) of the Company with Strides Pharma Science Limited and Strides Pharma Inc, USA (which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Strides Pharma Science Limited).
The Audit Committee has reviewed the certificates provided by the CEO/CFO of the Listed Entity as required under the RPT Industry Standards.
This addendum forms an integral part of the original AGM Notice and has been uploaded on the Company's website at www.onesourcecdmo.com. It has also been submitted to the stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) and is available on their respective websites at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com.
All other content of the original AGM Notice remains unchanged except for the modifications made through this addendum.
