M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP (ICAI Firm Registration Number 301003E/E300005) have completed their two terms as Statutory Auditors of the Company
The completion occurred at the conclusion of the 10th Annual General Meeting held on July 22, 2026
At the same AGM, shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Statutory Auditors
The new appointment is for a first term of five consecutive years
The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 10th AGM (July 22, 2026)
