Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics ('Crisil ESG') has assigned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating of 64/100 to the Company. The rating was assigned based on publicly available information relating to FY 2025-26. The Company clarified that it had not engaged CRISIL ESG for this assessment, and the rating was assigned independently by CRISIL ESG and made public by them.
