- The company attached the required Statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications to its reply, as the auditor's report contained a modified (qualified) opinion.
Details of Financial Results Clarification
The attached Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (Standalone) provided the following audited figures for the year ended 31st March 2025, showing no quantitative impact from the audit qualification:

- Net Profit/(Loss): ₹2,562.23

- The qualification was due to a delay by management in making payments to a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) concerning some vendor financing arrangements that were contractually due on a specified date.

- Management's View: The company affirmed that it would not delay the settlement of dues payable to the said NBFC in the future.
