Osram India Petition Dismissed by HC

The High Court for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh disposed of civil writ petition CWP‑5641‑2002 (O&M) filed by Osram India Pvt Ltd, seeking certiorari to quash an order dated 19‑May‑1999 passed by the Secretary, Executive Officer Municipal Council, Sonepat. The petitioner did not appear on 18‑May‑2026 when notice was issued, nor on the hearing date 16‑Jul‑2026.
