1. Appointment of Statutory Auditor

The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s BGMG & Associates (Chartered Accountants) (FRN: 025265N) as Statutory Auditors of the Company. This appointment fills the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 106201W/W100598).

BGMG & Associates will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing 46th Annual General Meeting. The Board also recommended for member approval the appointment of BGMG & Associates for a full term of 5 consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 46th AGM until the conclusion of the 51st AGM in 2031.
