Page Industries appoints Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as new statutory auditors for five years, replacing S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP.
The change follows completion of S.R. Batliboi's second consecutive five-year term, with transition effective after 31st AGM.
Board approved the appointment based on Audit Committee recommendation, subject to shareholder approval at upcoming AGM.
