Litigation Background

This disclosure follows previous communications dated 2 September 2026 and 21 September 2026 regarding a claim initiated by Yellow Flower Trading LLC ("YFT") against the company. The Dubai Court had previously dismissed YFT's claim.

Both parties have now filed separate appeals:

• Page Industries Limited has filed an appeal challenging the court's jurisdiction
• Yellow Flower Trading LLC has filed an appeal challenging the dismissal of their case
