Paisabazaar Receives Benami Property Order

Paisabazaar, wholly owned subsidiary of PB Fintech, received an order under Section 26(3) of the PBPT Act dated March 24, 2026.
The Adjudicating Authority confirmed an earlier Initiating Officer order alleging Paisabazaar as beneficial owner in vendor transactions.
PB Fintech states no financial impact at this point as the order is appealable and Paisabazaar will file an appeal.
