The Board Meeting was held on 25th June 2026, commencing at 3:00 PM and concluding at 3:30 PM. The company states that the outcome could not be submitted within the prescribed timeline due to technical issues involving online conversion of documents in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and internet connectivity problems.

The company emphasizes that the delay was purely inadvertent and unintentional, with no intention to withhold any material information from the Stock Exchange or investors. The letter reaffirms the company's commitment to complying with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and maintaining high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Palco Metals has stated that necessary internal measures have been strengthened to ensure such instances do not recur in the future. The company has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and requested the exchange to take their clarification on record.
