Deposit paid by developer to Second Party’s wife to be returned by Second Party directly to developer; First Party not liable.

3. Educational Society & School: Ishaque S/o Balwant Patel Education Society (Regn. No. IND/2686/96) runs Ishaque Patel Public School on 3.358 ha at Khasra No. 147, Village Khajrana, Patwari Halka No. 16. Society managed solely by First Party; Second Party has no rights and will withdraw pending case No. AC/05/2025 before Indore Court.

4. Binding Effect: MoU irrevocable, final, binding on parties, heirs, successors; no future disputes on settled matters.

5. Withdrawal of Cases: Both parties agree to withdraw all pending cases, complaints, or proceedings against each other and their successors.
