  • Equity shares with unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years will be transferred to IEPF on November 1, 2026

Documentation Requirements

For Demat Shareholders:

  • Signed request form
  • Copy of Demat Account Statement (Client Master list) showing name, address, demat and bank account details
  • Self-attested copy of cancelled cheque

For Physical Shareholders:

  • Signed request form
  • KYC Compliance Investor Service Request Form ISR-1, Form ISR-2 and Form No. SH-13
  • Supporting documents including self-attested copy of PAN card, address proof
  • Original cancelled cheque with account holder's name

Financial Impact and Procedures

Unclaimed dividends from financial year 2018-2019 onwards are subject to transfer. The company has uploaded year-wise statement of unclaimed dividends on its website www.panabyte.com.

As per SEBI circulars dated November 3, 2021 and December 14, 2021, outstanding payments will be credited directly to bank accounts for KYC-compliant folios. No payments can be made without complete bank details.

Consequences of Non-action

If valid claims are not received by October 20, 2026, both shares and unclaimed dividends will be transferred to IEPF without further notice. After transfer to IEPF, no claims will lie against the company. Shareholders may claim from IEPF by submitting online application in Form IEPF-5 available at www.iepf.gov.in and sending a physical copy to the company.
