Panchatv Bharat Limited has submitted a formal clarification to the Listing Compliance Department of BSE Limited regarding quarterly filing requirements for the Escrow Payment Mechanism with a due date of November 14, 2026.
The company states that these compliance requirements are not applicable to them. The provisions in question pertain to Paragraph 4 of the Continuous Disclosures and Compliances by Listed Entities under the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. 2015SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/134/2019 dated November 13, 2019.
The basis for non-applicability is that the company has its equity shares listed on BSE Limited but has not issued or listed any Municipal Debt Securities. Consequently, the company does not fall within the category of entities to which these disclosure requirements apply.
Specifically, the requirement to disclose balances in the No Lien Escrow Account, Interest Payment Account, Sinking Fund Account, and General Account does not arise in the company's case.
The company requests that BSE Limited take this clarification on record and treat the compliance requirement as Not Applicable to the company.
