The Supreme Court Registrar recorded hearing of Transfer Petition No. 958/2025 on 14 May 2026 between Pankaj Pharma and Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Counsel for Pankaj Pharma stated the dispute was amicably settled and requested withdrawal of the petition.
The Court ordered petitioner to file a withdrawal application by 28 May 2026 and place it before a judge in chambers.
