Panorama Studios International Limited provides an update to its earlier disclosure dated 07 May 2026 made under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations regarding a cybersecurity incident at a third-party service provider engaged for hosting and managing its official email systems and website.
The company confirms that pursuant to further assessment carried out in coordination with the third-party service provider, data hosted on the affected server environment is not recoverable. The incident had previously resulted in disruption of email communication services and temporary unavailability of the company website.
As precautionary measures for business continuity and secure stakeholder communication, the company has undertaken the following remedial actions:
- Activation of an additional official email ID (info@panoramastudios.in) for communication purposes, while the existing/old email ID will remain operational for a transitional period
- Launch of a new website (panoramastudios.in) as the data relating to the earlier website is unrecoverable
The company is in the process of updating the new website address and official email ID across relevant statutory, regulatory and business platforms including MCA/ROC records. The company is also updating its letterheads and official communication materials to remove references to the earlier website address and incorporate new details.
These measures are being implemented as part of the company's precautionary, remedial and business continuity actions arising from the cybersecurity incident. The existing/old email ID will remain operational during the transitional period until the new email ID is updated across all relevant departments and platforms.
