Parle Industries appointed Sachin Singh & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26, effective 11 April 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors to fill a casual vacancy, disclosed under SEBI Regulation 30.
Sachin Singh is a Practicing Company Secretary and Law Graduate with over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
