(a) Correction of Proposed Status/Category of Warrant Allottee
In Item No. 4 of the EGM Notice, the proposed status/category of Ms. Sheetal Hiren Doshi has been corrected from "Promoter" to "Promoter Group" in the table of proposed warrant allottees. The corrected table now reads:

The certificate is from Shreyans Jain & Co. (Practicing Company Secretary), Membership No. FCS: 8519 (COP No. 9801), issued pursuant to Regulation 163(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, certifying that the Preferential Issue complies with ICDR Regulations.
EGM Details
The Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.
Impact and Additional Information
The corrigendum clarifies that Dhiren Chandulal Shah (Acquirer 1) and Sunil Chinubhai Shah (Acquirer 2), along with eight Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Sheetal Hiren Doshi, will trigger the open offer process under SEBI (SAST) Regulations upon completion of the preferential issue. Upon completion, these individuals will be classified as Promoters and members of the Company.
All other contents of the original EGM Notice dated June 8, 2026 remain unchanged. The corrigendum forms an integral part of the EGM Notice and must be read in conjunction with it.
