The Company has received a communication from the Office of the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise (Appeals), Thane, Mumbai, intimating that the GST Department has preferred an appeal against Order-in-Original No. 86/NP-27/DGGI/TH-CGST/2024-25 dated 04th February, 2025.
The original order was passed by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit. This disclosure is a continuation of the Company's previous disclosure dated 05th February, 2025 regarding the same matter.
The Company is taking appropriate legal steps in the matter and has committed to keeping the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
