PayPal will waive processing fees on $1 billion of transactions, valued at roughly $30 million, for eligible veteran‑owned, farming, manufacturing or technology small businesses.
The settlement was signed by Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon and PayPal CEO Enrique Lores; PayPal expressly denies any liability.
