Paytm UPI MDR Levy Postponed Until After Diwali

This disclosure serves as an update to the company's previous disclosure dated September 15, 2026, regarding NPCI circular no. NPCI/UPI/OC-No.237/2026-27 dated September 15, 2026. The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has decided, through its press release dated October 13, 2026, to postpone the implementation of MDR on select P2M UPI transactions until after the Diwali festive season. The specific implementation date will be notified separately by NPCI.
