Petitioner Singhwahiya Petition Withdrawn by HC

Petitioner Pramod Kumar Singhwahiya filed a petition against Prabandhak the Rajiyaka Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Ltd in the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. The dispute concerned the petitioner’s claim for an increment, which the respondent denied, stating he was employed on a DC rate basis as per a notice dated 30 March 2026.
